Haddonstone’s experienced Building & Construction team was commissioned to manufacture a broad range of bespoke and standard cast stone components for this stunning new build private residence in Warwickshire.

Working closely with our client, we project managed the design and manufacture of all of the architectural cast stonework.

Each architectural component was handmade to order by our expert craftsmen in our own Northamptonshire manufactory.  Using a combination of both traditional processes and modern techniques, all of the stonework for this project was crafted to the very highest standard.

Each cast stone component was manufactured in our TecStone (wet-cast limestone) material and our client chose classic Portland colour for each component.

Cast stone architectural components

Our team produced a wide range of cast stone architectural components for this project.  These included:

• Façade stonework: a bespoke portico with Juliette balcony, balustrade and smooth Ionic columns
• Window dressings: including surrounds, cills and hood moulds
• Wall dressings: both plinth and string course
• Entranceway cast stonework: featuring gate piers, ball finials, copings and steps
