Saracens Rugby Club Commission Bespoke Haddonstone Pedestal

Saracens Rugby Club has commissioned Haddonstone to create a bespoke pedestal for a state of William Webb Ellis.

William Webb Ellis invented the game of rugby in 1823 and the statue will stand outside their Allianz Park ground in north London.

The bespoke pedestal was produced at Haddonstone’s Northamptonshire manufactory using their wet-cast Tecstone material, and in a smart Portland colour.
