At this time of worry and concern about COVID-19, Haddonstone would like to assure you of our absolute commitment to working in the best interests of our customers, our colleagues and our local communities.
In line with the current government recommendations we have today encouraged our colleagues who can work remotely from home to do so. These colleagues will have full access to the right technology to enable them to effectively carry out their roles. Our main office in East Haddon will remain open with a limited number of staff and our telephone system can distribute and divert incoming calls to any location so you can be assured that there will be no disruption to the way you’re able to interact with our teams.
We have however taken the difficult decision to close our Show Gardens to all visitors until further notice.
Our manufactory at Brixworth will continue to operate and produce high quality cast stone while adhering to current government guidelines. Delivery of orders will continue and you should therefore experience “business as usual” in this respect.
The safety of our customers, colleagues and communities is paramount. All Haddonstone colleagues are taking extra precautions to practise good hand hygiene and social distancing. We are also speaking with any colleagues returning from holiday and encouraging self-isolation in line with government guidelines where necessary.
