Private Residence: St George’s Hill -Weybridge, Surrey

About this project

Our team was commissioned to manufacture a large number of cast stone architectural components for this stunning new-build private residence in Weybridge, Surrey.

Working closely with our client, we project managed the design and manufacture of all of the cast stonework.

Each component was handmade to order by our expert craftsmen in our own Northamptonshire manufactory.  Using a combination of both traditional processes and modern techniques, all of the stonework for this project was crafted to the very highest standard.

Each cast stone component was manufactured in our TecStone (wet-cast limestone) material and our client chose the classic Bath colour for each component.

The project was completed in 2019.

Cast stone architectural components

• Balustrade, including baluster bars, rail, plinth and under coping
• Smooth columns with Ionic capital details and bases
• Steps with bull nose detail
• Wall dressings including copings
• Curved loggia portico comprising columns, balustrade and Juliette balcony
• Window surrounds (decorative and plain)
• Cladding
• Cornice detailing
• Door surround to front and rear
• Gate piers including pillars and pier caps
