Haddonstone chosen for new Cambridge Central Mosque project

Haddonstone has been chosen to supply the stonework for Cambridge Central Mosque, the city’s first purpose-built mosque which is inspired by both Islamic and English religious traditions.

As Europe’s first ‘eco-mosque’ and it places sustainability at the very heart of its design, and instilling an emphasis on using renewable energy, natural light and maintaining a very low carbon footprint.

Haddonstone was commissioned by leading London-based Marks Barfield Architects to supply bespoke stonework for this beautiful building.
