50 years ago, our founder used just one material to create a limited range of Home and Garden designs.  Fast forward to 2021 and we now offer three high-specification material options, meaning that we can create bespoke and standard components to suit your unique project requirements.  Our cast stone also exceeds British manufacturing standards.  As a founding member of the United Kingdom Cast Stone Association (UKCSA), we ensure that all of our products exceed the strict quality and technical performance criteria defined in their specification.  Our materials:

• Haddonstone, a semi-dry cast limestone with a surface texture, feel and strength similar to Portland or natural stone
• TecStone, a wet-cast limestone designed to meet demanding performance and strength criteria, which can be structurally reinforced
• TecLite, our glass fibre-reinforced concrete, with a high strength to weight ratio that makes it ideal for retro-fit, new build and timber frame projects.

Over 50% of high-grade natural limestone is included in our cast stone mixes.  This makes our cast stone one of the highest-quality cast stone options on the market today.

In addition to this, we are proudly committed to supporting long-term sustainability, which is why we source our limestone from an environmentally responsible, UK supplier.

Our technical facilities and expertise have grown significantly over the past 50 years.  In the UK, we manufacture all our clients’ standard and bespoke cast stone components from our Northamptonshire manufactory.

We make all our own moulds as part of our manufacture process and maintain full control throughout the manufacture process.  So in turn, we can ensure that all our clients receive the highest quality stonework on the market today, and to their exact project specification.

• An extensive mould shop and studio allows us to fulfill all project requirements
• A bespoke colour and material match service means we can meet your exact needs
• Our expertise in using the latest in 3D technology, as well as more traditional techniques, means we can create exact replicas of original components for restoration and replication projects.

• Design assistance: working with technical drawings, or simply a photograph, our team will work with you to achieve your unique goals
• Pre-project planning: we offer our clients a tailored consultation before getting started with their projects, to ensure every complexity and eventuality is covered
• On-site technical support: our team are able to attend your site, for a small charge, to take all the necessary information for product drawings in one visit
• Drawings: we always supply our clients with drawings before manufacturing commences, to ensure everything is correct (they can also be used as installation schedules by contractors)
• Post-project support: our technical team will always support with the best advice, regardless of the age or origin of your original stonework (and if we can’t help, we will advise on other specialists in your area).

• Computer batch controlling ensures you receive the exact mix and colour consistency time and time again
