General note:

The cast stone Arcadian Double Fountain needs topping up regularly and is not suitable for continuous 24 hour unattended running.

Take simple precautions to avoid frost damage to a self-circulating water feature.  Drain water off before winter every year.  Only replace in spring once any risk of hard frost has passed.
